All products sold on this site are digital goods (templates, tools/scripts, or software licenses) delivered electronically. Unless a specific product listing states otherwise, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for a single project, as described on that product's page.

You may not resell, redistribute, or relicense our products as your own standalone product, whether modified or unmodified, without our prior written consent.

All purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices are shown in the currency and amount displayed at checkout; applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy based on your location.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, available separately on this site.

You agree not to use our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to circumvent any license or access restriction we put in place.

All products remain the intellectual property of PT Baris Kode Solution unless explicitly stated otherwise. Purchasing a product transfers a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Baris Kode Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
